100 Push-Ups Per Day Challenge (30 Days) Rules

These rules exist to keep the challenge fair, measurable, and enforceable. Participation requires daily proof. No backfills. No loopholes.

Daily Target: 100 push-ups Success Threshold: 27 / 30 days Proof: Video / timestamp

1) Overview

The goal is simple: complete 100 push-ups every day for 30 days and submit same-day proof. This is a discipline challenge — not a fitness plan. The standard is execution + receipts.

Core principle: You can split reps into sets. You cannot split honesty into excuses.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate.
  • You must have the physical ability (or medical clearance) to perform push-ups safely.
  • Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Health note
This challenge is not medical advice. If you have shoulder/wrist/elbow pain, history of injury, or any condition that makes push-ups risky, consult a professional and use safe modifications where allowed.

3) Daily Requirements

To earn credit for a day, you must:

  • Complete 100 push-ups total within the same calendar day.
  • You may split into sets (example: 10×10, 20×5, ladder sets, etc.).
  • Submit proof on the same calendar day inside the MWYMI portal.
Time window: All reps must occur within the same day in your local time zone.
No backfills. Late submissions do not count, even if you “did the push-ups.”

4) Rep Standard (What counts)

We use a clear, enforceable definition of a push-up:

  • Start: plank position (hands on floor, body in a straight line).
  • Down: controlled descent until chest is clearly near the floor (or consistent depth for your approved modification).
  • Up: return to full arm extension.
  • Reps must be consistent — no “half reps” or bouncing.
Allowed push-up styles
Standard push-ups are preferred. If needed, you may use the allowed modifications below (and must stay consistent): incline push-ups (hands elevated), knee push-ups, or other variants explicitly permitted on this page. Pick one primary standard and stick to it for clean enforcement.
Consistency rule: Switching standards day-to-day to make reps easier may be rejected.

5) Proof Standards

Proof must make it hard to fake and easy to verify.

  • Required: Same-day proof submitted in the MWYMI portal.
  • Preferred: Short video clip(s) showing real reps + clear date context.
  • Minimum: Either (A) a single continuous video of sets, or (B) multiple clips + timestamp/context.
  • Proof must be readable and match the day. Patterns may be reviewed for integrity.
Best practice: Record 1–2 sets each day + include a phone lock screen time/date in the frame before/after.
Accepted proof examples
• Video of sets with visible timer/clock or phone lock screen date/time
• Multiple clips from the same day + a screenshot showing that day’s date/time
• Gym/home setting video with distinct daily context (different outfit/location) + timestamp
Not accepted
Reused videos; undated clips with no context; “trust me” text-only claims; edited/sped-up videos; or any proof that appears backdated or manipulated.
Integrity standard: If the proof looks recycled or manipulated, it can be rejected.

6) Completion Threshold

  • You must complete at least 27 of 30 days to pass.
  • Missing 3+ days results in failure.
  • Missed days cannot be made up or replaced.
Reality check: This is designed to be strict — because strict is what builds discipline.

7) Disqualification & Integrity

MWYMI may disqualify a participant to protect fairness and platform integrity, including for:

  • Backdating, tampering, or attempted system manipulation.
  • Recycled/duplicated proof across days.
  • Obvious half-rep patterns or inconsistent standards intended to game the challenge.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or violations of platform policies.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with actual platform use.
Integrity standard: If it looks like fraud, we treat it like fraud.

8) Entry Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Entry fees are displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable once the challenge begins.
  • If you are removed/disqualified for integrity violations, entry fees are forfeited.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access.

Refund terms must match your official Refund Policy. Link it below and keep this page consistent with it.

9) Data & Privacy

  • We process account, payment, and submission data to operate the challenge.
  • We may use aggregated (non-identifying) data to improve the platform.
  • For details, review our Privacy Policy.
