- Challenge runs for 30 consecutive calendar days from your start date.
- Minimum daily target: 40 total pull ups, in as many sets as needed.
- Only full range-of-motion reps count (chin clearly over bar, controlled lower).
- Each day you must submit proof by 11:59 PM in your local time zone.
- Missed or unverified days are counted as failures and may disqualify your payout.
Proof options: short video clips, wearable data, or gym check-ins with clear notes. Blurry, unclear, or obviously staged submissions can be rejected to protect the integrity of the challenge.
Clear all 30 days to unlock your full payout. Partial completion may reduce or eliminate your payout depending on final rules and verification results. This is a skill- and discipline-based challenge. Earnings are not guaranteed, and outcomes depend on your effort and proof of completion.
Upload your video, connect your device, or confirm your gym check-in. No proof submitted = day not cleared, which may break your streak and reduce your payout.
