MWYMI™ OFFICIAL CHALLENGE RULES
These universal rules apply to all MWYMI™ challenges across every lane — Strength & Performance, Weight Loss & Recomp, Daily Discipline, High-Stakes Habits, and Preventive Health / Medical Compliance.
Each challenge may include additional lane-specific standards, but every participant must follow the rules outlined on this page. Participation is voluntary and involves real money. Results are not guaranteed and you may lose some or all of your stake.
1. Key Definitions
- Cycle: The full duration of a challenge (commonly 14, 21, 30, or 45 days).
- Daily Standard: The written minimums you must meet every day of the cycle.
- Slip: Any missed, incomplete, or unverified day.
- Proof / Receipt: Screenshots, logs, or data that verify you hit your standards.
- Finisher: A participant who meets all written requirements, including required proof uploads.

- No vibes or intentions — all proof must be objective and timestamped.

- No back-dating photos or logs. All uploads must reflect the actual day performed.
- No multi-day batch uploads unless explicitly allowed.

MWYMI™ may request additional verification if there are inconsistencies or potential fraud.

- All uploads must be submitted on time.
