If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Nature of the MWYMI™ Platform (Skill-Based, Non-Gambling)

MWYMI™ provides discipline-based, goal-oriented challenges with clearly defined rules, timelines, proof requirements, and potential outcomes. Rewards (if any) depend on your ability to meet the challenge requirements and submit verifiable, rule-aligned proof.

• Not chance-based: outcomes are not determined by luck, random events, or odds tables.
• No wagering on others: you are not betting on other participants’ performance.
• No investment products: MWYMI™ does not offer investment products, trading platforms, or guaranteed financial returns.

3. Eligibility & Availability by Jurisdiction

To use the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your participation and use of the Services.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

MWYMI™ is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, movement, strength, nutrition, habit, or health-related challenge.

• You are solely responsible for determining whether a challenge is safe and appropriate for your circumstances.
• You assume all risks of injury, illness, or complications arising from participation in any challenge.
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

5. Entry Amounts, Fees, and No Investment Relationship

Some challenges require an entry amount (also referred to as a “participation amount”). Your entry amount, platform fees (if any), challenge timelines, proof requirements, and potential outcomes will be disclosed in writing before you join a challenge.

Participation in MWYMI™ challenges does not create any fiduciary relationship, investment contract, or expectation of financial return. MWYMI™ does not act as a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.

6. Challenge Rules, Proof, Verification & Outcomes

Each challenge includes written rules describing eligibility, requirements, proof standards, verification steps, timeframes, and potential outcomes. By joining a challenge, you agree to follow those rules.

• Proof requirements: you may be required to submit check-ins, photos, screenshots, or videos consistent with the written rules.
• Verification: submissions may be reviewed by humans and/or automated systems, including spot checks and audits.
• Outcomes: eligibility for any reward (if offered) depends on meeting requirements and passing verification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in misconduct, including but not limited to:

• Submitting falsified, misleading, manipulated, or stolen proof.
• Cheating, collusion, or attempting to circumvent verification systems.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive conduct toward other users or MWYMI™ staff.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.

Violations may result in disqualification, loss of eligibility for outcomes, suspension, or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWYMI™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services or participation in challenges.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or to specific challenges or features, if we believe you violated these Terms, the written challenge rules, or applicable law, or if required for compliance reasons.

10. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
