Official Rules 30 Days Hydration

Hydration Challenge Rules (80 oz / Day)

These rules exist to keep the challenge fair, measurable, and enforceable. Participation requires daily proof. No backfills. No loopholes.

Daily Target: 80 oz water Success Threshold: 27 / 30 days Proof: Daily portal submissions

1) Overview

The goal is to build a consistent hydration habit for 30 days. Each day you will drink your required total and submit proof in the MWYMI portal on the same calendar day.

Core principle: This is a discipline challenge. Water is the vehicle—consistency is the win.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain access to the challenge portal.
  • Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Health note
Hydration needs vary by body size, climate, medications, and medical conditions. If you have kidney/heart conditions, fluid restrictions, or any health concern about water intake, consult a licensed professional before participating. Do not over-hydrate.

3) Daily Requirements

To earn credit for a day, you must complete all of the following:

  • Drink your required daily amount (80 oz).
  • Submit your hydration check-in on the same calendar day inside the MWYMI portal.
  • Enter the required fields (total ounces + short note).
No backfills. Late submissions do not count, including “I drank it but forgot to log it.”

4) What Counts Toward Your Total

Your total should be based on plain water intake.

  • Counts: tap, filtered, bottled water.
  • Counts: unsweetened sparkling water (0 calories).
  • Does not count: soda, juice, alcohol.
  • Does not count: “hydration drinks” with sugar (unless explicitly allowed on the product page).
Can I use flavored water or electrolytes?
Default standard: plain water is safest and easiest to verify. If you use electrolytes or zero-calorie flavor, keep it minimal and ensure it does not become a loophole (e.g., sugary drinks). If the product page explicitly allows certain options, follow that version of the rule.
Best practice: Use a bottle with ounce markings so your proof is clean and reviewable.

5) Proof Standards

  • Credit is based on a completed portal submission with required fields filled.
  • Proof must reasonably support your claimed total for that day.
  • MWYMI may review submissions to protect fairness and challenge integrity.
Accepted proof examples
Photos of your marked bottle at key points (e.g., 20/40/60/80 oz), app screenshots with today’s total and date, or a simple tracker photo with a handwritten date card.
Examples of rejected proof
Reused screenshots, undated photos with no context, “trust me” entries, bulk catch-up submissions, or patterns suggesting backdating or gaming.
Keep it clean: daily total + same-day proof. That’s the entire game.

6) Completion Threshold

  • You must complete at least 27 of 30 days to pass.
  • Missing 3+ days results in failure.
  • Missed days cannot be made up or replaced.
Standard: High enough to matter. Real enough to finish.

7) Disqualification & Integrity

MWYMI may disqualify a participant to protect fairness and platform integrity, including for:

  • Backdating, tampering, or attempted system manipulation.
  • Reusing screenshots/photos or submitting obviously false totals.
  • Spam submissions or “checkbox” behavior across many days.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or violations of platform policies.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with actual platform use.
Integrity standard: If it looks like fraud, we treat it like fraud.

8) Entry Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Entry fees are displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable once the challenge begins.
  • If you are removed/disqualified for integrity violations, entry fees are forfeited.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access.

Refund terms must match your official Refund Policy. Link it below and keep this page consistent with it.

9) Data & Privacy

  • We process account, payment, and submission data to operate the challenge.
  • We may use aggregated (non-identifying) data to improve the platform.
  • For details, review our Privacy Policy.
