- Assumption of risk: You assume all risks of injury, illness, or complications related to participation.

3. Verification & Proof Requirements
- Each challenge requires specific proof to confirm participation and completion.
- MWYMI™ may use timestamps, metadata, automated checks, and manual review to verify submissions.
- Submitting false, manipulated, or misleading proof may result in removal without refund and potential account action.
4. Financial Structure (Hybrid Model)
- Entry fees paid to MWYMI™ are non-refundable platform fees. They are not wagers, bets, pooled funds, or investments.
- Entry fees are not redistributed to other participants and do not constitute a pot, jackpot, or shared prize pool.
- Redistribution of forfeited entry fees: Participants who do not meet challenge requirements may forfeit all or a portion of their entry fee as defined by the applicable challenge rules. Forfeited amounts may be redistributed to eligible participants who successfully complete the challenge, consistent with the posted rules and payout structure.
- Completion bonuses (if any) are paid directly by MWYMI™ from its company-managed incentive fund, which MWYMI™ solely controls.
- Bonuses are not tied to the number of participants who fail and do not represent financial returns or yields on capital.
5. No Gambling · No Chance-Based Outcomes
- MWYMI™ challenges are skill-based and require consistent action, discipline, and completion of measurable tasks.
- Challenge outcomes are not determined by chance, randomness, or the behavior of other participants.
- MWYMI™ does not operate as a gambling, gaming, lottery, or sweepstakes platform.
- Redistribution of forfeited entry fees is conducted solely pursuant to the challenge rules and does not constitute gambling, wagering, pooled betting, or an investment contract. Outcomes are determined exclusively by skill, discipline, and rule-aligned completion..
