No Smoking Challenge (30 Days) Rules

These rules exist to keep the challenge fair, measurable, and enforceable. This is a high-integrity, daily accountability challenge. No backfills. No loopholes.

Daily Target: 1 required check-in Standard: 30 / 30 days Proof: Daily attestation + spot-checks

1) Overview

The goal is simple: complete 30 straight smoke-free days. Each day you must submit a required check-in confirming whether you smoked in the last 24 hours. If you smoked, you must provide a short explanation.

Core principle: This is a discipline challenge. Honesty is mandatory. Patterns are reviewed.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain access to the challenge portal.
  • Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Health note
This challenge does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or cessation counseling. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are using cessation medication, consult a qualified clinician. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms, seek professional support immediately.

3) Definitions (what counts as “smoking”)

For this challenge, “smoking” includes any intentional use of combustible tobacco or nicotine products where smoke is inhaled (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, vapes, hookah).

  • Smoking = fail for that day.
  • One puff counts.
  • If you are unsure whether something counts, assume it counts and disclose it.
Optional note: If you want to include vaping/nicotine pouches later, create a separate “No Nicotine” challenge so rules stay clean.

4) Daily Requirements

Each calendar day, you must complete all requirements below to earn credit:

  • Submit the MWYMI portal check-in on the same calendar day (no backdating).
  • Answer the required question: “Did you smoke in the last 24 hours?”
  • If you smoked, you must complete the required explanation field: “What happened?”
No backfills. Late submissions do not count, including “I did it but forgot to log it.”

5) Proof Standards

  • Daily compliance is based on your completed portal check-in.
  • You may optionally upload supporting proof (e.g., relevant screenshot, note, or reflection).
  • MWYMI may request additional proof through random spot-check prompts to protect integrity.
Spot-check prompts (how they work)
From time to time, MWYMI may prompt you to submit a quick additional response (e.g., a short written check-in or a brief video attestation) within a defined window. If you fail to respond within the window, that day may be marked incomplete. Spot-checks exist to discourage dishonesty and to keep the playing field fair.
Important: Spot-checks are not meant to “catch you slipping.” They exist to prevent fraud and protect honest participants.

6) Honesty & Integrity Standard

This challenge only works if participants tell the truth. MWYMI reviews patterns and may flag suspicious activity to protect fairness.

  • Dishonest reporting, manipulation attempts, or coordinated fraud can lead to removal.
  • Repeated “I didn’t smoke” entries paired with contradictory evidence may be treated as fraud.
  • If you smoked, disclose it. Honesty keeps you in the challenge—lying removes you.
Fraud = removal. This is non-negotiable.

7) Completion Threshold

  • This challenge is designed as 30 straight smoke-free days.
  • If you smoke on any day, that day is not successful.
  • If you miss a daily check-in (late or not submitted), that day is not successful.
Why this is stricter than other challenges
This is a high-stakes habit. The entire point is a clean 30-day streak. Allowing “miss days” would weaken the challenge and create loopholes. The rule is strict by design.

8) Disqualification & Enforcement

MWYMI may remove a participant to protect fairness and platform integrity, including for:

  • Backdating, tampering, or attempted system manipulation.
  • Dishonest reporting or refusal to comply with spot-check prompts.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or violations of platform policies.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with actual platform use.
Integrity standard: If it looks like fraud, we treat it like fraud.

9) Entry Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Entry fees are displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable once the challenge begins.
  • If you are removed/disqualified for integrity violations, entry fees are forfeited.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access.

Refund terms must match your official Refund Policy. Keep this page consistent with it.

10) Data & Privacy

  • We process account, payment, and submission data to operate the challenge.
  • We may use aggregated (non-identifying) data to improve the platform.
  • For details, review our Privacy Policy.
