Official Rules 30 Days Mindset

Positivity & Gratitude Mindset Shift (30 Days) Rules

These rules exist to keep the challenge fair, measurable, and enforceable. Participation requires daily proof. No backfills. No loopholes.

Daily Target: 1 submission Success Threshold: 26 / 30 days Proof: Portal submissions

1) Overview

The goal is to build consistent, deliberate attention toward what is good, constructive, and real. Each day you will submit either (1) a gratitude reflection, or (2) a positive, motivational, or inspiring quote/story plus a short explanation of why it mattered to you.

Core principle: This is a discipline challenge. You are training focus, consistency, and self-accountability.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain access to the challenge portal.
  • Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Health note
This challenge is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing crisis-level symptoms, seek professional support immediately.

3) Daily Requirements

Each day, you must complete one of the two options below to earn credit for that day:

  • Option A — Gratitude (recommended):
    • List at least one thing you are genuinely grateful for today.
    • Add 1–2 sentences explaining why it matters (real reflection, not filler).
  • Option B — Positive message + reflection:
    • Share a positive, motivational, or inspiring quote/story (original or sourced).
    • Add 1–2 sentences explaining what hit you and why.
  • Your submission must be made on the same calendar day inside the MWYMI portal.
No backfills. Late submissions do not count, including “I did it but forgot to log it.”

4) Quality Standard

  • Submissions must be in good faith and show actual engagement.
  • Spam content may be rejected.
  • Repeated copy/paste with no personal reflection may be rejected.
Examples of rejected entries
“Grateful for my family.” (with no reflection); repeated one-word entries; random quotes pasted daily with no explanation; nonsense text; or patterns indicating you are trying to “check the box” rather than participate.
Keep it simple, keep it real: one meaningful sentence beats five empty ones.

5) Proof Standards

  • Credit is based on a completed portal submission with required fields filled.
  • Submissions must be readable and relevant to the challenge.
  • MWYMI may review submissions to protect fairness and challenge integrity.

6) Completion Threshold

  • You must complete at least 26 of 30 days to pass.
  • Missing 5+ days results in failure.
  • Missed days cannot be made up or replaced.

7) Disqualification & Integrity

MWYMI may disqualify a participant to protect fairness and platform integrity, including for:

  • Backdating, tampering, or attempted system manipulation.
  • Spam submissions or obvious “checkbox” behavior across many days.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or violations of platform policies.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with actual platform use.
Integrity standard: We’re building a trust-based system. If it looks like fraud, we treat it like fraud.

8) Entry Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Entry fees are displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable once the challenge begins.
  • If you are removed/disqualified for integrity violations, entry fees are forfeited.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access.

Refund terms must match your official Refund Policy. Link it below and keep this page consistent with it.

9) Data & Privacy

  • We process account, payment, and submission data to operate the challenge.
  • We may use aggregated (non-identifying) data to improve the platform.
  • For details, review our Privacy Policy.
