Official Rules 30 Days Reading Habit

Reading Habit Challenge (30 Minutes / Day) Rules

These rules exist to keep the challenge fair, measurable, and enforceable. Participation requires daily proof. No backfills. No loopholes.

Daily Target: 30 minutes Success Threshold: 27 / 30 days Proof: Reading evidence

1) Overview

This challenge builds a daily reading habit through a simple, enforceable standard: read for at least 30 minutes and submit proof the same calendar day. No backfills. No “I did it yesterday.” You either have the receipt today or you don’t.

Core principle: This is discipline training. You are building focus, consistency, and follow-through.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to participate.
  • You must provide accurate registration info and maintain access to the MWYMI portal.
  • Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
What “reading” means here
“Reading” means intentional reading of a book (paper, eBook, or audiobook with visible timestamp). Articles can count if they’re substantial and provable, but your safest path is a book.

3) Daily Requirements

To earn credit for a day, you must complete all of the following:

  • Read for at least 30 minutes.
  • Submit proof inside the MWYMI portal the same calendar day.
  • Proof must clearly show date context and reading evidence (details below).
No backfills. Late submissions do not count, even if you truly read.

4) Proof Standards

Proof must be readable and verifiable. Your safest options:

Best practice: submit a screenshot that shows (1) title, (2) progress/time, and (3) today/date context.
Accepted proof examples
  • Kindle / Apple Books / Google Play Books screenshot showing time read today, progress %, or page position.
  • Audiobook app screenshot showing playback time + today’s timestamp context.
  • Photo of physical book + a handwritten note showing today’s date + pages read (plus a timer screenshot).
  • Reading timer screenshot (30+ minutes) + book page photo (same day).
Not accepted
  • “Trust me” entries with no evidence.
  • Old screenshots reused across different days.
  • Undated screenshots with no “today” indicator.
  • Catch-up submissions for missed days.
  • Photos that don’t show what you read or any measurable reading evidence.

5) Quality Standard

  • Submissions must be in good faith and reflect real reading activity.
  • Repeated recycled images or suspicious patterns may be rejected.
  • If the proof is unclear, it may be treated as invalid.
Keep it simple: clear evidence beats “creative” evidence.

6) Completion Threshold

  • You must complete at least 27 of 30 days to pass.
  • Missing 3+ days results in failure.
  • Missed days cannot be made up or replaced.

7) Disqualification & Integrity

MWYMI may disqualify a participant to protect fairness and integrity, including for:

  • Backdating, tampering, or attempted system manipulation.
  • Reused proof, edited screenshots, or obvious pattern gaming.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or violations of platform policies.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with actual platform use.
Integrity standard: If it looks like fraud, it gets treated like fraud.

8) Entry Fees, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Entry fees are displayed at checkout and are generally non-refundable once the challenge begins.
  • If you are removed/disqualified for integrity violations, entry fees are forfeited.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction and loss of access.

Refund terms must match your official Refund Policy. Link it below and keep this page consistent with it.

9) Data & Privacy

  • We process account, payment, and submission data to operate the challenge.
  • We may use aggregated (non-identifying) data to improve the platform.
  • For details, review our Privacy Policy.
