What you’ll do (daily)

Every day, submit one written check-in completing one of the following:

Option 1 — Positivity / Inspiration
  • Post a positive or motivating quote, a short inspiring story, or a meaningful insight you encountered that day.
  • Write 1–2 sentences explaining why it resonated with you.
Option 2 — Gratitude Reflection
  • Post at least one thing you’re genuinely grateful for today.
  • Add 1–2 sentences of reflection explaining why it mattered.
No minimum word count. No perfection. Just honesty and daily execution.

Proof required

  • Daily written submission
  • Submitted the same day (no backdating)
  • One submission per calendar day

Success criteria

To successfully complete the challenge: 26 out of 30 days ON TIME.

Misses are allowed. Backdating is not. This challenge rewards consistency, not perfection.
