What you’ll do (daily)

Each day you submit one check-in confirming whether you smoked.
If you smoked, you must log exactly what happened.

If you did NOT smoke
  • Select: No — I did not smoke today
  • Optional: upload proof (recommended when available)
  • Submit same day (no backdating)
If you DID smoke
  • Select: Yes — I smoked today
  • Answer the required prompt: what happened?
  • Optional: add context (trigger, time, situation) so patterns are clear
This challenge is built to create truthful data + disciplined behavior.
You’re not punished for honesty. You’re punished for trying to game the system.

Proof required

  • Daily check-in inside the MWYMI portal
  • Submitted the same calendar day (no backdating)
  • One submission per day
  • Optional upload: Screen Time–style proof equivalent for smoking (photo of nicotine-free tracker, receipt for nicotine replacement, app screenshot, etc.)
Proof uploads are optional because not everyone has the same tracking tools.
Your written check-in is still required daily.

Success criteria

To successfully complete the challenge: 26 out of 30 days ON TIME.

Misses are allowed. Backdating is not. This rewards consistency and accountability.

Rules (read carefully)

Not allowed
  • No backdated entries
  • No bulk submissions
  • No “filler” responses (e.g., meaningless text just to submit)
  • No manipulation: inconsistent patterns, copy/paste logs, or obvious fraud
Allowed
  • Honest “I smoked” entries count as honest entries (but do not count as a smoke-free day)
  • Missed days are allowed (within the success threshold)
  • Optional proof uploads are welcomed
  • Patterns are reviewed to protect integrity
Integrity standard: If it looks like fraud, it gets treated like fraud.
This is a discipline platform. No loopholes.
